This Sambal Omelet recipe is the perfect recipe for those who love eggs and like to add a bit of spiciness to their meals. I'm a big lover of eggs and I adore the goodness I get out each bite, but there are times when a plain omelet or a half-boiled one with soy sauce and pepper to taste is just not enough to satisfy my egg craving. And that's when I need a good omelet recipe with some fire to it!
This omelete recipe is ideal for those who want to enjoy a quick bite-and-go - preparation time is less than 15 minutes. Feel free to add any topping you like: cheese, sausage, chicken, prawn...it's an omelete so it will taste great with almost anything! I love using onion and prawns as a topping - it tastes oh-so-good!
This sambal omelet recipe serves 4 hungry people:

Khimyan brand Sambal Sauce
Instructions: 1. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan, then pour 1 tablespoon Khimyan Sambal Sauce into the pan and fry at medium heat with the sliced onions till the onions turn golden and fragrant. 2. Spread the paste and onion evenly on the pan, then add in the beaten eggs, make sure the eggs flow out onto the whole fry pan. Turn the heat down so as to avoid burning the egg. 3.
