Instructions • 100g noodles, any kind • 200gm prawns, squids, meat and any vegetable you like • 1 egg omelet, roughly chopped • 1 garlic clove, finely sliced • 3 tablespoon of

Direction: 1. Soak the noodles in water they are soft. Drain well. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a wok. Stir fry the sliced garlic and 3 tablespoon of Khimyan brand Thai Tom Yam Paste until fragrant. 3. Add the prawns, squids, meat, vegetables and egg and cook for about 2 minutes. 4. Add the drained noodles and stir fry for another few minutes until the noodles are cooked. 5. Serve hot.
